How can I book my hotel?

Be sure to use the official housing company for the Smoky Mountain Gift Show , Connections Housing, to secure the lowest rates.

BUYER BEWARE!  Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for the Smoky Mountain Gift Show. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may be contacting you advertising cheaper rates and may imply or claim an affiliation with the show or Urban Expositions. Unfortunately, some past attendees and exhibitors have fallen prey to these companies and they have either: lost significant deposits, been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed. So be sure to book your room through Connections Housing!

Is there parking at the event and how much is it?

As a pre-registered buyer, you can show your Smoky Mountain Gift Show Express Pass™ or IGES Buyer Badge and park for free at the Bearskin parking garage. Please note, this is the only free lot available and there is limited space. Parking will be first come, first serve.

What is the best airport to fly into?

McGhee Tyson Aiport in Knoxville, TN is the closest commercial airport and is about 40 miles from Gatlinburg.

How can I rent a scooter/wheel chair?

All wheelchairs and scooters must be rented from an outside provider. 

How can I receive a directory?

Printed show directories are provided to registered buyers on show site during all 4 days of the show, November 4-7, 2018. Before/after the show, you can click here to view the e-version of the show directory or the online exhibitor listing.


What are the qualifications to attend ?

The Smoky Mountain Gift Show is open to the trade only. 

New /first-time attendees should be prepared to present the following along with your ExpressPass™ to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include copy of business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID is required for each additional employee.)

To maintain the professional environment of the show, children under the age of 14 years and strollers are strongly discouraged.

The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.

What is the pre-registration deadline?

You are encouraged to pre-register early so you can receive updates and important news about the show.  Pre-registration is open up to and during the show dates. 

What is the cost to attend?

The Smoky Mountain Gift Show is open to the trade only.  Admission is free to qualified retailers. 

Do you mail the badges?

We do not mail badges.  But when you pre-register online, you’ll receive your ExpressPass via email.  Simply bring it to the show, scan it with our onsite readers and print out your badge quickly and easily!  

I pre-registered but did not receive my express pass?

We certainly apologize for any inconvenience!   For immediate assistance please call our Registration Support team at 980.233.3781, Ext 1 or via email – registration@expologic.com.

Or, you can go back to our ExpressPass login page here,  search for your record by your email or company name and zip code.  Once you’re back in to your company record, if there is a green check mark to the left of your name, this means you are registered. Simply select “Resend Confirmation” or “Download Express Pass” to retrieve.

 If there is an open check box there, that means you are not registered and you need only click in the open check box to the left of your name, then click the blue "Register/Modify" button. 

I need to make a change to my registration how can I do so?

Otherwise, you can go back to the ExpressPass login page here, search for your record by your email or company name and zip code.

Once you’re in your record, you can select  “Return to company profile” button that appears in the upper right corner (below the banner with the show logo/info)  .  This will bring up a screen with your “Company Profile” and “Attendee Profiles”.  To make changes in your company information , click the “edit” button in the company Profile screen.  To make changes to current buyer names, click on the actual buyer name in blue under NAMES in left column in the “Attendee Profiles” screen and that will bring up the record to edit the name, email, phone and/or buyer type.
