Meet your Exhibitor Services Team 

As your Exhibitor Services Team, we go beyond just support, we’re your dedicated partner every step of the way.  We are here to help both preshow and on-site with: 

  • Connecting you with the right team members; from logistics and booth setup, marketing, electrical needs, and anything else you may need.  

  • Answering all your questions ahead of time so you feel confident before your arrival, during your time onsite, and post-show. 

  • Providing real-time assistance onsite, whether you need help coordinating deliveries, adjusting your setup, or any other support you need.  

  • Troubleshooting any challenges quickly so you can stay focused on what matters – engaging with attendees and making valuable connections.

SCAM Warning

Throughout the years, our events have been a target for groups trying to offer all types of services from fictitious hotel arrangements to fraudulent lead generation services. 

Smoky Mountain Gift Show does not sell, rent, or distribute any database lists, nor do we disclose email addresses. Any statements or offers claiming access to attendee lists are fraudulent. If you receive a message from a source outside of Smoky Mountain Gift Show regarding attendee lists, please do not engage or interact with them, and please send our way if you do receive so our legal team can review.  

Our approved housing vendor is Connections Housing; any other companies are scam.  Emails from them will come from giftshows@connectionshousing.com 

Unless an email comes from one of these addresses, it may be a scam, and we ask that you please proceed with caution! If you have any doubts about the authenticity of a communication you have received, please forward it to SmokyMountainGift.ES@clarionevents.com and we can confirm for you. @clarionevents.com (overall event updates, Converge and information)
