Safety Promise

Ensuring the safety of all exhibitors, attendees and staff at the Smoky Mountain Gift Show is our top priority and we will be following the guidelines issued by the CDC, state and local officials as we develop our health and safety plan. Additionally, we are working with our travel partners, venues, hotels and convention centers to protect your health and provide you with a safe and productive environment to conduct business.

The Clarion Gift & Souvenir team would like to give our full commitment to you that WE, the show management team, the Gatlinburg Convention Center staff, and our show decorator, Fern, staff will be MASKed UP during all upcoming 2021 events. We encourage all of our attendees and exhibitors to get vaccinated or tested prior to travel, as well as wear a mask for the continued safety of our beloved Tradeshow Family.

Our health and safety plan is built on three cornerstones. Our policies are subject to change as regulations and guidelines are updated, but attendees and exhibitors may expect the following measures. Specific policies will be posted leading up to the show.

Cleaning & Hygiene

Cleaning & Hygiene
