Attendee Registration

The Smoky Mountain Gift Show is open to the trade only. You must be an industry professional to register for the show: 

  • Buyer: Qualified retail purchasing professional attending the show to source products.
  • Manufacturer's Rep: Independent sales representative attending on behalf of one or more manufacturers.
  • Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer: Product manufacturer attending without a booth; not permitted to sell or promote on the show floor
  • Press: Accredited media representative attending to cover the show. Must submit credentials to smokymtngiftshow@clarionevents.com for registration.
  • Guests: Must accompany a qualified buyer and register on-site with a valid photo ID 

Note: To maintain the show's professional environment, children under 14 years of age and strollers are strongly discouraged. If you must bring your child(ren), we will ask you to complete a child liability form. No children will be allowed on the show floor during exhibitor move-in.

 

 

You are encouraged to pre-register to reduce your wait time on-site. An email confirmation with a QR code will be sent prior to the show. Please bring this with you to scan at the registration desk to pick up your badge. Individuals are responsible for picking up their own badge with a valid ID.

The photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited without the written consent of the exhibitor.

Buyer Qualifications

New/first-time attendees should be prepared to present the following along with your registration barcode to gain admission to the show: 1 form of personal ID and 2 forms of business ID, which can include a copy of your business license, sales tax id number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead or other printed collateral with the company name. (Please note: 1 form of personal ID and 1 form of business ID are required for each additional employee).
